Abu Hider Rony was born on the 14th of February 1996, in Netrokona, Bangladesh. Abu Hider is a right-handed batsman and left-arm medium fast bowler Bangladeshi international professional cricketer. Abu Hider was aged 29 in the year 2025. Abu Hider played domestic league captains and for Bangladesh and domestic leagues.

Early Life and Domestic Career
Starting his professional career from his native place Netrokona in North Bangladesh, Rony’s path to professionalism as a cricketer was one of grit and determination. He found a home in the domestic league with Gazi Group Cricketers, the side on which he was leading wicket-taker in the 2016-17 Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League with 35 wickets in 16 games.
Rony was the highest wicket-taker of the 2023-24 Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League for Mohammedan Sporting Club and took 31 wickets in 16 games. His highest bowling in the tournament was 7/20.
International Career
Rony represented Bangladesh in Twenty20 International (T20I) against Zimbabwe on 20 January 2016.
Rony represented Bangladesh in their One Day Internationals (ODIs) against Afghanistan on 20 September 2018.

•T20Is: Played 13 games, 6 wickets, best bowling 2/40.
•ODIs: Played 2 games, 3 wickets, best bowling 2/50.
