Madhur Sharma began his professional life working in an Indore contact centre. He was born in Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh. However, he had no interest in that work, so he quit his job, picked up some singing, and travelled to Mumbai. Once there, Madhur attended several auditions, sang in restaurants and cafés, and began making money. However, Madhur Sharma continued to put in a lot of effort. He took part in numerous singing contests, and one day he and a buddy performed a cover of the Dangal movie’s Naina song, for which he received a lot of recognition.

In a similar vein, Madhur Sharma removed a number of his cover tracks before performing a song live alongside Neha Kakkar. He has also collaborated with several producers on other projects.

His musical debut came with the publication of his “The Beginning” EP in 2017. The EP was well-received by critics and is available on several streaming services, including Apple Music and Spotify.
