Recent reports indicate that actor Kartik Aaryan has listed his luxurious Juhu apartment, valued at Rs 17.4 crore, for rent. The monthly rental rate is Rs 4.5 lakh, as per property registration documents obtained via the prop-tech platform Square Yards. The lease agreement, officially registered on August 28, included a stamp duty of Rs 42,500.
Located in the Siddhi Vinayak Presidency Co-operative Housing Society, the apartment spans 1,912 square feet. Kartik Aaryan and his mother, Mala Tiwari, jointly purchased this property on June 30, 2024, for Rs 17.5 crore. The transaction involved a stamp duty of Rs 1.05 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000, which also covered two parking spaces. According to real estate data, the apartment offers a rental yield of 3.1%. Notably, this isn’t Aaryan’s only real estate venture; in July 2023, his parents bought a Rs 16.5 crore apartment on the 8th floor of the same building.
Juhu, renowned for its scenic beachfront and upscale residences, remains a favored location for celebrities and professionals alike, enhanced by its proximity to luxury amenities. Square Yards reports that Aaryan’s property has a rental yield of 3.1%, reflecting the annual income generated from rent relative to the property’s overall value.
Last year, Aaryan’s mother, Mala Tiwari, rented a 3,681-square-foot apartment from actor Shahid Kapoor, with a monthly rent of Rs 7.5 lakh and a security deposit of Rs 45 lakh for a 36-month lease. Earlier this year, renowned lyricist Javed Akhtar also purchased a home in the same area, emphasizing Juhu’s continued popularity.
On the professional front, Kartik Aaryan was last seen in Kabir Khan’s sports drama Chandu Champion, which received positive reviews. He is now gearing up for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, co-starring Triptii Dimri, Madhuri Dixit, and Vidya Balan.

After completing Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, Kartik Aaryan is set to begin filming the sequel to Pati Patni Aur Woh, directed by Mudassar Aziz. The actor is eager to return to his comedic roots with a series of light-hearted entertainers.
In a recent interview with the Indian Express, director Mudassar Aziz shared an update on the Pati Patni Aur Woh sequel. He revealed that this project would be his next directorial endeavor, with various elements still being finalized. Aziz assured that the sequel would not be conventional, as it would further explore the dynamics between man, woman, and ‘her.’
