Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai are among Bollywood’s most beloved couples, enjoying a huge fan following. The pair are proud parents to their daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan. While the special bond between Aishwarya and Aaradhya frequently captures attention online, Abhishek Bachchan once praised Aishwarya as the “world’s best teacher” in a past interview, revealing how she assists their daughter with her studies.

In a 2022 interview with the Indian Express, Abhishek was asked if he ever helps Aaradhya with her schoolwork. He responded by saying, “I think she already has the world’s best teacher, which is her mother (Aishwarya Rai Bachchan). I don’t want to lower her expectations of what a teacher should be by attempting to teach her myself. Her mother handles that aspect beautifully.”

Additionally, Abhishek shared that, unlike him, it was his father, the legendary Amitabh Bachchan, who used to guide him during his own school years. He mentioned that Amitabh Bachchan, a science student, was exceptional in mathematics and an excellent teacher. However, Abhishek went on to say that as children grow up, parents might not be the best teachers, as there is often a fear of parental judgment.

The 48-year-old actor further explained that directors have played a significant role as his mentors throughout his acting career, guiding him through the filmmaking process. He believes that teachers, in all forms, are a true blessing.

Abhishek and Aishwarya tied the knot in 2007 and welcomed their daughter, Aaradhya, on November 16, 2011.

On the professional front, Abhishek is currently working on “Housefull 5,” alongside Akshay Kumar. Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, the film features Riteish Deshmukh, Chunky Panday, Ranjeet, Johny Lever, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri, Sonam Bajwa, Chitrangda Singh, and Soundarya Sharma in key roles. The movie, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala’s Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, is set for a theatrical release on June 6, 2025. In addition to this, Abhishek will also appear in Shah Rukh Khan’s “King.” Meanwhile, Aishwarya Rai was last seen in Mani Ratnam’s period drama “Ponniyin Selvan.”
