Trupti Toradmal was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, into a Maratha family on 22 November 1992. She has two older sisters, Sharmila Mahurkar and Sanyukta Toradmal.
She aspired to be an architect but was unable to find a chance to pursue architecture, so she completed her graduation in literature at Mithibai College, Mumbai.
Her oldest sister, Sharmila Mahurkar, is wedded to Vikram Mahurkar, who is the founder and managing director of the Checkmate Group of Companies. The pair has a son, Samarjeet Mahurkar, and a daughter, Vishwangi Mahurkar. Sharmila Mahurkar resides in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and is the creator of Aadhar Hasta Foundation, focusing on rural communities.
The second sister, Sanyukta Toradmal, resides in Houston, Texas with her spouse Adwait Chaudhary and their daughter.Niece Vishwangi Mahurkar has wed Aakash Vaghela. Career
Her acting debut occurred in the Marathi film Savita Damodar Paranjpe (2018), directed by Swapna Waghmare Joshi and produced by John Abraham. The movie featuring Trupti Toradmal, Subodh Bhave, and Rakesh Bapat was adapted from Shekhar Tamhane’s play of the same title, and the original play starred veteran actress Reema Lagoo in the leading role. Her performance in the film was highly praised, earning her the Best Debut Actress Award at the Sanskruti Kala Darpan Awards.
In 2019, she portrayed Rai Bagan Sahiba in the Marathi historical drama film “Fatteshikast,” which was directed by Digpal Lanjekar. The movie revolved around the meeting between Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj (portrayed by Chinmay Mandlekar) and Mughal general Shaista Khan (portrayed by Anup Soni) in Pune.
