Rajini Vidadala was born on 24 June 1988. As a politician of the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) in Guntur District in Andhra Pradesh. She is the elected Member of the Legislative Assembly from the Chilakaluripet constituency. She was appointed as Minister of Health, Family Welfare, and Medical Education by the Andhra Pradesh government.

She was born in Purushothamapatnam, Guntur District of the state of Andhra Pradesh. After finishing her graduation from Osmania University, Hyderabad, she worked for some years in the information technology sector. Later, she moved to the USA, where she started her own company.

Her political journey started by working for an NGO in support of the people of the Chilakaluripet constituency. It was her active work for community welfare that brought her into the folds of the YSR Congress Party. In 2019, she contested for the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly from the Chilakaluripet constituency and defeated the sitting TDP MLA, Prathipati Pulla Rao. Rajini has undertaken some development work in her area since she became an MLA.
