Early Life and Background
Debashree Gogoi was born on 23rd October 1993 in Namrup, Assam. She studied in Assam and has a graduate degree. She developed an interest in modeling at an early age and participated in beauty contests, which include being the 1st runner-up in the 2013 ‘Axomor Jiyori Rupe Gune’ competition. This was the stepping stone for her into the entertainment world.

Career
Debashree first came into the limelight as a model and gained fame with Assamese music videos such as “Dihinge Disange” by Dikshu. She acted in the 2016 romantic thriller film “Hari Om”, directed by Arup Jyoti Rabha, playing a Sikkimese character. She received a good response for her role, which solidified her place as a good actress in the Assamese movie world.  
In addition to films, Debashree has appeared in various music videos such as “Xuonxirir Xun”, “Morom”, and “Nwngni Farse”, which have garnered millions of views on YouTube. She also starred in the short film “Fakebook”, which explores the impact of social networking.  
Her television work includes the Assamese serial “Bristi”, where she played the role of Birina.
