Sridhar Gadhi is an esteemed Indian entrepreneur and technologist with a large background in the smart city and digital infrastructure fields. Founder of Quantela Inc. and Paradigm IT Group, Gadhi has played a leading role in urban digitization and innovation of emerging technologies.

Early Life and Education

Born in 1972 Sridhar Gadhi is from Bhimavaram in Andhra Pradesh, India. He got his Master of Science in Computer Science from Osmania University between 1991 to 1994. Also to improve his business skills he did the Owner/President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School from 2005 to 2007.

Paradigm IT Group

In 1998 Gadhi set up Paradigm IT Group which became a large scale IT and managed services company. Under his leadership the business saw great growth to over $100 million in revenue and we saw staff numbers grow to over 3,500. Also recognition of his success came in the form of Inc. 500 and Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Maryland awards.

Quantela Inc.

Gadhi built on his success to found Quantela Inc. in 2015 which focused on smart city solutions. Today Quantela is a global leader in urban infrastructure digitization which has a client base in the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. The company’s which earned it the 2019 Technology Pioneer award from the World Economic Forum. Investments and Board Memberships

Apart also from his business ventures which he is known for, Gadhi is a very active investor and advisor in the tech space. He has put money into start-ups that focus on data centers, blockchain, and the Internet of Things. Also, he is a member of the boards at Woxsen University, Pi Data Centers, and Metalkraft Forming Industries Pvt Ltd.

In 2008 Ernst Young presented him with the award for Entrepreneur of the Year.

In 2007 Telugu Association of North America named the Young Entrepreneur of the Year.

In 2019 Technology Pioneer by World Economic Forum.

Smart City of the Year by ET Government and Business World.

Sridhar is married to Akhila. Though very much into his profession, still he looks young which is a great look to him and also he is known for his dynamic leadership.
