My Personal Favourite
If I’m picking just one, Taare Zameen Par is my personal favourite from the list. The film stands out because it deals with childhood, education and parental expectations, but it never makes you feel like you’re being lectured. Darsheel Safary’s performance, plus the emotional bond between Ishaan and his teacher, gives the movie a kind of warmth that it still holds onto, even today.
