The opening ceremony of the 29th Kolkata International Film Festival (KIFF) was a star-studded affair, with Bollywood celebrities Salman Khan, Sonakshi Sinha, and Anil Kapoor joining West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee for an impromptu dance performance.

A video of the dance went viral on social media, showing Banerjee enthusiastically shaking a leg to a Bengali song alongside the Bollywood stars. Other celebrities seen grooving on the tag included filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt and veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha.
