Dharmendra was born on December 8, 1935, in Phagwara, Punjab. His father, Kishan Singh Deol, was the headmaster of a school in Lalton, Ludhiana. Dharmendra has gotten married twice. Prakash Kaur was his first wife. They have four children: Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Vijeta Deol, and Ajita Deol. His boys work as actors in Hindi films, while his daughter has relocated abroad after getting married. His second wife is Hema Malini, a well-known actress and Bollywood’s ideal girl.
