In “Crew,” Geeta (played by Tabu), Jasmine (portrayed by Kareena), and Divya (acted by Kriti) venture into the gold smuggling trade to alleviate their financial woes. Working as cabin crew for Kohinoor Airlines in Mumbai, where salaries haven’t been paid for six months, the trio smuggles gold disguised as chocolate balls from Mumbai to Al Burj on their flights. However, their scheme is discovered by customs officers, leading to suspense about their fate.

The film’s climax unveils Mittal’s wife, also a former Kohinoor Airlines crew member, as the informant seeking revenge on her husband, who remarried. Confronted by Geeta, Jasmine, and Divya, she reveals that the gold was smuggled to Vijay Walia, Kohinoor Airlines’ chairman. This revelation prompts the trio to devise a plan to retrieve the gold from Vijay.

The crew’s initial attempt to reclaim the gold from Vijay’s hotel room fails, prompting them to resort to Plan B: an in-flight robbery. Learning that Vijay and the gold will be on a private flight to the Cayman Islands, Geeta and Jasmine manage to drug everyone onboard. They locate the hidden bags of gold, but encounter resistance from Vijay’s daughter, whom they detain in the bathroom. Surprisingly, the flight’s captain, revealed to be Divya, successfully lands the plane on an unused runway in her hometown, Nanheri.

Geeta, Jasmine, and Divya hand over the gold and Vijay’s family to the authorities, concluding with justice served. In a twist, the crew members take a small share of the gold for themselves, distributing the rest to others mistreated by their airlines. Meanwhile, Divya finds love with Jaiveer (played by Diljit Dosanjh), culminating in a happy ending for everyone except Vijay and his daughter.
