Shah Rukh Khan was recently hospitalized in Ahmedabad due to dehydration after attending a Kolkata Knight Riders playoff match. Reports indicated he experienced a heat stroke.
Fans expressed concern over his health, but Pooja Dadlani, Shah Rukh’s manager, reassured them with a health update. She shared on social media that the actor is recovering well.
On May 23, Pooja Dadlani, who accompanied Shah Rukh to the match, posted an update on X (formerly Twitter), thanking fans for their concern. She wrote, “To all of Khan’s supporters and well-wishers – he is recovering well. We appreciate your love, prayers, and concern.”

Fans were relieved to hear the good news. One fan commented, “Oh God. Thank you! My heartbeat can slow down again.” Another expressed, “Thank you for this update. We are all so relieved. Lots of love to @iamsrk, hope he gets well soon.” Another fan added, “Please take good care of yourself @iamsrk … you are beyond precious to us all … love and hugs,” while another mentioned, “King can’t be down for long…can’t wait for his celebrations in the final now.”
Previously, the news agency ANI reported that Shah Rukh Khan was admitted to KD Hospital in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He was visited by his wife, Gauri Khan, as well as friends and KKR co-owners Juhi Chawla and Jay Mehta.

On May 21, Shah Rukh was at Narendra Modi Stadium for the KKR vs. Sunrisers Hyderabad match. After KKR’s victory, he was seen greeting players and taking a victory lap.
