Uday Shetty and Majnu Pandey are two retired gangsters who have reformed and lead respectable businessmen’s lives in Dubai. Their lives are disrupted by the arrival of two wily con artists from India, Poonam and Babita, who pose as the Maharani Padmavati and Rajkumari Chandni of Najafgarh with plans to defraud Uday and Majnu of their wealth. She manipulates the two guys to fall in love with her so that their financial support would ensure an extravagant life for her and Poonam. So, things progress, Uday reveals that he has a half-sister named Ranjana, daughter of his father Shankar Shetty from his third marriage. Uday and Majnu are pressured by Uday’s father to organise Ranjana’s wedding; this was a requirement imposed by Poonam for Babita to wed either of them.

Meanwhile, Dr. Ghunguroo comes to know that he has a stepson, Ajju, who is the son of his wife from her previous marriage. Ajju is a notorious goon from Mumbai who falls in love with Ranjana, studying there, after a series of comic misadventures. Unaware that Ajju is the same person Uday and Majnu hatched the plan with him about their sister’s marriage to him, thinking him to be a decent guy. But at the engagement ceremony, something else happens: Majnu learns that Ajju is a criminal. But Ajju does not relent and threatens to coerce Ranjana into marriage without the brothers’ consent.

But their plans are foiled by none other than the combined efforts of Ajju and Dr. Ghunguroo, who have teamed up with Babita and Poonam. The situation reaches its peak when Wanted Bhai captures Uday, Majnu, and the rest on his island.
