The filmmaker and actor hinted at an exciting project by sharing, “Back in Ladakh after Lakshya and Bhaag Milkha Bhaag to shoot for a very special film.” This announcement led fans to flood the comments, with many guessing that the project could be either Don 3 or a sequel to Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (ZNMD).
On August 28, Farhan posted a captivating image of Ladakh, highlighting the region’s breathtaking beauty. He mentioned that he is there for his upcoming film and promised an official announcement soon. Reflecting on his previous experiences filming in Ladakh for Lakshya and Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, Farhan’s post fueled excitement among his followers, who eagerly anticipated more details.
Fans quickly took to the comments section with their predictions. Some speculated that Farhan was there to film Don 3, while others hoped for ZNMD 2. Earlier this year, Farhan announced Don 3 with Ranveer Singh in the lead. Rumors suggest that Sobhita Dhulipala may join the cast, possibly for a special dance number. According to a report by Zee News, she has been approached for the role and has had several meetings with Farhan Akhtar to discuss the project.
