Ranbir Kapoor Wants To Be A Part Of Dhoom 4?
Ranbir Kapoor is set for an exciting journey ahead with films like “Ramayana,” “Love & War,” and “Animal Park.” On his birthday, September 28, 2024, Pinkvilla shared the exclusive news that he will be featured in the fourth chapter of the iconic “Dhoom” series. This announcement reminds us of when Ranbir once mentioned his enthusiasm for joining “Dhoom 4.”
During an interview with News18 in 2023, Ranbir was asked about the rumors linking him to “Dhoom 4.” Although he didn’t confirm the reports back then, he did express a keen interest in joining the franchise, saying, “I wish I was Aditya Chopra to answer this… I’d love to be a part of those films or Dhoom 4 or any film of that nature, but as of now nothing has been offered to me.”

According to Pinkvilla’s exclusive update, Ranbir is now confirmed to play the villain in “Dhoom 4.” It appears that Aditya Chopra is preparing to relaunch the franchise, and pre-production work is already underway.

A source with insight into the project shared, “Dhoom is very dear to Aditya Chopra, and he is looking to refresh the franchise to fit modern trends. As always, Aditya Chopra, along with Vijay Krishna Acharya, is working on the script for ‘Dhoom 4,’ tentatively titled ‘Dhoom Reloaded.’ The intention is to create a cinematic spectacle that exceeds all expectations.”

The insider further mentioned that production for “Dhoom 4” is expected to start by late 2025 or early 2026, after Ranbir completes filming for “Love & War” and both parts of “Ramayana.”
Interestingly, “Dhoom 4” will be Ranbir Kapoor’s 25th film, marking a significant milestone in his career. Following this, he’ll shift his focus to “Animal Park,” ensuring an action-packed and thrilling lineup of projects for the coming years.
