S.S. Rajamouli, one in all Tollywood’s most distinguished manufacturers, screenwriters, and filmmakers, is well known for his paintings in the journey, fantasy, and epic genres. Throughout his profession, he has directed numerous of India’s most expensive movies at the time in their release.
Rajamouli has earned each countrywide and global recognition, consisting of 5 Nandi Awards, four Filmfare Awards South, two Saturn Awards, and three National Film Awards. Personal and Early Life
Rajamouli was born on October 10, 1973, in Raichur, Karnataka, to parents Raja Nandini and Vijayendra Prasad, the latter a celebrated Tollywood storyteller. He spent much of his childhood in Kovvur. Both his father and brother are also involved in the film industry.After completing his engineering degree from C.R. With Reddy College of Engineering, Eluru, Rajamouli started his film journey as an assistant to editor Kotagiri Venkateshwara Rao


In 2001, Rajamouli married Ramrajamouli and the couple has two children – S.S. Mayookha. His early career covered working below K. Raghavendra Rao at the television series Santi Nivasam. During this period, Rajamouli’s extreme paintings ethic earned him the nickname “working satan” from Rao.

Career Highlights
Rajamouli is first-class known for steering significantly acclaimed myth films like Magadheera (2009), Eega (2012), and Baahubali: The Beginning (2015).Baahubali: The Beginning became the highest-grossing Indian film within the country and the second highest-grossing Indian film worldwide at the time. It was also the first South Indian film to surpass ₹650 crores globally and the first non-Hindi film to gross over ₹100 crores in its dubbed Hindi version. The Telugu-language Baahubali series remains one of the most successful film franchises in Indian cinema.
