‘Tumi Ashe Pashe Thakle’ was a Bengali drama TV series which was telecast on Star Jalsha from 3 November 2023 till mid-2024. The show was directed by Anupam Hari and was produced by SVF Entertainment. The show depicted century-long friendship and love and captured hearts with its distinctive storyline and superb acting performances.
Plot Summary:
The show is based on Dev and Paro, the childhood friends whose friendship blossoms into intense romantic love. Their tale becomes a tragedy as Paro is killed in a train accident. But life and death not having any established rules to follow, Paro comes back as a guardian angel who keeps a watch over and takes care of Dev, now a committed CID officer with the mission of eradicating heinous crimes. This creepy twist of fate is only a way to the end of teaching the core theme of this series: plain love knows no bounds, nor does death.
