Aishwarya Shindogi is an Indian actress and model recognized for her work in Kannada cinema and television. She was born in Bengaluru, Karnataka, on August 5, 1994, and has been active in the industry, especially since appearing on Bigg Boss Kannada Season 11 in 2024.
Early Life and Education
Aishwarya grew up in a nuclear family in Bengaluru. Her father, Suresh Shindogi, was the president and founder of Aishwarya Co-Operative Society Ltd., while her mother, Vanishree Suresh, was a homemaker. Both have died. She studied at Daffodils English School and completed a Bachelor of Hotel Management program at M. S. Ramaiah College of Hotel Management.
Career
Aishwarya made her film debut in 2014 with the opening episode of the Kannada movie Simhadri in the role of Nandhini. She made her debut in Telugu cinema with Chinnari in 2016. Notable films she has been in are Jackson (2015), Sapno Ki Rani (2015), Ranathanthra (2016), Samyuktha 2 (2017), Mataash (2018), and Gadayuddha (2023).
She is an actress known for her various roles in television in Naagini 2 as Mayangani, Namma Lacchi (2023), and Shambhavi (2024). She participated in Bigg Boss Kannada Season 11 in 2024, where she was the first-ever joint captain with Trivikram. Her Bigg Boss journey displayed her toughness and emotional understanding, making her a fan favorite.
Personal Life and Interests
Aishwarya is about 5 feet 4 inches (163 cm) tall and is recognized for both her style and the distinct tattoos that she has, including a tattoo on her left bicep that reads “Father Like Daughter.” She also played hockey at the state level during her time in school and college. Apart from acting, she loves to travel, is an animal lover, and is also addicted to fitness and practices meditation. Aishwarya has a pet dog named Simba.
