Season 3 of Dehati Ladke was set for January 2025’ release, which fans were very excited about. The first two seasons came out back to back: Season 1 in December 2023 and Season 2 in January 2024. But the third one is delayed as we had more time put into the script development and into crafting in-depth character arcs. That delay has fueled fans’ interest, which is very much on the rise as they wait for what will come next in Rajat’s story.

In the same way that past seasons have been made available, Season 3 will go out for free on Amazon miniTV, which is a feature within the Amazon shopping app and also available on mobile devices, Fire TV, and Android TVs. Also, there is no subscription for this, which makes it very accessible to a wide audience.

Cast

The main cast will return with some fan favourite characters to reprise their roles.

Tanish is the friend of Rajat’s which is for sure.

Raghav Sharma plays Shashank, the jolly roomie.

Saamya Jain as Prerna.

Kusha Kapila in Rajat’s life as a unique and strong presence.

Aasif as Prashant Bhaiya, the down-to-earth mentor.

In will also be several new characters who will join the main cast; they will play key roles in Rajat’s social and professional growth. Also, to bring in a new element of conflict and dynamics to the story, we will see the introduction of these new players.

Plot

Season 3’s story will see Rajat’s journey right from where Season 2 left off, which is also at the time of his UPSC Mains success and his preparation for the great interview, which is the key. We will see in detail his in-depth challenges as he gets closer to that which is his dream of becoming an IAS officer. Also, this isn’t going to be a 00 out issue of just exams.

Fans will see in Season 3 a richer emotional palette which also presents sharper dialogues, more developed characters, and an in-depth look at the themes of ambition, friendship, identity and self-growth.
