The plot of Pill hinged on the attempts of Medical Authority of India officials Prakash and Gursimrat, emerging investigative journalist Noor, and informer Ashish to uncover the deceitful activities of Forever Cure Pharma. Evidently, this private firm, led by Mr. Gill, had created antibiotic medication as well as treatments for diabetic patients that had claimed numerous lives, and they were about to introduce a pill for cancer patients after securing approval and quotations from America and Germany. Hence, they needed to halt him and Forever Cure Pharma before they caused more fatalities. Nevertheless, they realised very soon that it was going to be a tough task because everyone, from government representatives to law enforcement agencies and medical specialists, was in Gill’s pocket, and those who had suffered at the hands of Forever Cure were unwilling to speak up. To make matters worse, the individual who had access to all the company’s information, Ashish, spiraled out due to how he was threatened by his superiors. That’s why, even though Prakash, Gursimrat, and Noor succeeded in presenting their case in front of the Supreme Court, they found it extremely hard to support their assertions. Did they eventually overcome Forever Cure Pharma, though? Let’s find out.

Gill Advises Prakash To Give Up Gill is obviously enraged that the court case against Forever Cure Pharma, by Prakash and his virtuous soldiers, is going to hinder their merger with the Germans and damage their relationship with the Americans. At the court, Prakash presents videographic proof of all the victims of Forever Cure’s clinical trials, interviewed by Noor, who are wasting away in a place called Camp Ekta. Forever Cure’s attorney says that it’s all fake, and the Supreme Court judges give Forever Cure one week to verify that what Prakash is presenting is false. Meanwhile, Prakash has to bring all the victims in court after one week or get their written statements. As expected, Gill employs every form of threat to get the victims of the clinical trials of his company to remain silent. By the time Noor, Gursimrat, and Prakash reach them, they’ve either accepted the hush money or are too terrified to testify against Gill. Gill’s henchmen even get a group of doctors to support Forever Cure Pharma. Prakash, Noor, and Gursimrat understand that the only person who can assist them in getting out of this predicament is Ashish. Since he is unable to function correctly because he is too depressed and anxious, they attempt to contact his wife, Sukhmani. However, even that proves to be a dead end, at least for the moment. So, the Supreme Court has no alternative but to give Forever Cure a free pass.Since the judges require a day to examine all the (falsified) details presented by Forever Cure, Prakash is granted 24 hours to bring Ashish and the information in his possession to the court. However, Gill is so confident they’ve secured victory that he suggests Prakash concede. Prakash firmly refuses and tells Gill to curb his enthusiasm.

Ashish is injured in a traffic collision. Gill and the remainder of his Forever Cure Pharma team prematurely celebrate their triumph, and that’s when Keerat unveils a bombshell by exposing that her own father, CM Dilbagh Brar, has been disseminating expired medications on behalf of her future father-in-law, Gill. Prakash realizes that won’t be adequate to sway the tide in their favor. Therefore, they persist in persuading Sukhmani to bring Ashish to the Supreme Court and furnish evidence against Forever Cure Pharma. Ashish finally conquers his fear of the thugs (sent by Forever Cure) positioned outside his house to stop him from acting against the company and retrieves a pen drive from a concealed spot behind the almirah with the intention of doing what’s right. Ashish reveals that he had covertly extracted all the data from Forever Cure’s database hidden inside the birthday cake he received, and now he intends to utilize it for a noble purpose. Fearing the worst, Sukhmani initially prevents Ashish from risking his life, but eventually, she conspires with her husband to disable the thugs so that Ashish can reach Prakash. It seems like the plan is going to succeed, but the goons regain consciousness, and they use the police to stage a traffic accident that seriously injures Ashish, thereby making him unable to get to Prakash, Noor, and Gursimrat. Ashish’s flash drive gets misplaced in the process, and that puts the heroes of Pill back to square one.

Prakash And His Team Defeat Forever Cure Pharma Since Noor has a habit of keeping multiple copies of any vital piece of evidence, he hypothesizes that Ashish must’ve done the same, and the pen drive that was in Ashish’s possession during the traffic accident isn’t the only copy of the files he had extracted from Forever Cure Pharma’s database. Noor’s suspicion turns out to be correct as Gursimrat discovers a second flash drive in Ashish’s mother’s locket. Prakash, Gursimrat, Noor, and Sukhmani breathe a sigh of relief and proceed to the Supreme Court to present the proof they have revealed. They arrive at their destination unharmed because Gill, Basudev, and the rest of the Forever Cure Pharma team have become too complacent to act against the truth-seekers.
