Early Life and Education

Raj hails from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, though his family originally came from Rajasthan, relocating in the 1980s seeking better opportunities. He completed schooling at National Public School, Indore, and enrolled for a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) at Prestige Institute of Management & Research. Going higher, he did an MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai.

Initial Career and Entrepreneurial Journey

His enterprise started at the young age of 16, when he joined the ailing family business of chemicals and soaps named Shamani Industries. There were desperate times, and for businessman-teenager Raj to help the business, he had started selling dishwashing soap to residences.
