Early Life and Family

Bogart grew up in Toronto, Canada. He is the youngest of 3, born to two older sisters, Jessica and Shannon. He has a very close family dynamic, particularly with his father, Paul Kenny, which plays a large role in his development and career. Bogart’s Up also had an entrepreneurial feel to it, which grew out of his parents’ involvement in community and business projects.

Education and Background

He started out in a Police Foundations program at Humber College, which was the beginning of his higher education. Also, he enrolled at York University for a while to do more study. But that all changed when the universities went on a long strike, which made him leave the academic path to see the world and try out some real-life experiences, which in turn led him to join in with his father’s business, which is in the auction field.

Bogart began his work life at a very young age. As a teen, he was a paperboy, a soccer referee, and worked in men’s clothing stores. Also, he tried out eBay for sales and at one point delivered dogs to their new homes. These early jobs shaped his work ethic and entrepreneurial thinking.

His turning point came when he went into business with his father at their Toronto-based auction company. They had a great dynamic, which was also very entertaining, which caught the eye of TV producers, which in turn led to their appearance in Storage Wars Canada.
