Rasika Wakharkar was born on 25 June 1995 in Pune, Maharashtra, making her 29 times old in 2025. She grew up in a culturally rich Maharashtrian ménage, where traditions, values, and heritage played a central part. From a youthful age Rasika showed a strong inclination toward performing trades, which latterly shaped her career path in indigenous theatre, TV and web series.

Acting Career – Theatre & Television
Rasika began her trip as a pantomime in Marathi theatre, honing her chops on stage before transitioning to TV. Her first notable break came with the periodical Pirticha Vanva Uri Petla, where she played an important supporting part. This performance introduced her to a wider Marathi- speaking followership and showcased her fidelity to the craft.

Rasika’s career- defining moment arrived when she portrayed Bhairavi in the Colors Marathi show Ashok Ma.Ma. The emotionally concentrated part brought her significant recognition and made her a familiar face in Marathi homes. Expanding her reach beyond television, she appeared in notable Marathi web series similar as Athang and Django JD, proving her versatility across different liar formats.
