Early Life and Education

Hitesh Kumar Meena was born in 1995 in Gadhouli vill, Karauli quarter, Rajasthan, into a husbandry family. Growing up in a modest pastoral terrain exposed him beforehand to grassroots challenges, shaping his desire to work for systemic change. Academically blessed , he cleared IIT- JEE and pursued B.Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT( BHU), Varanasi.

He latterly qualified GATE and completed his M.Tech in Transportation Engineering from IIT Delhi, where his interest in public administration and structure- driven development strengthened.

UPSC trip

His UPSC trip was marked by lapses and adaptability and after two unprofitable attempts, Hitesh meliorated his medication strategy and appeared again in CSE 2018, securing AIR 417. In the same time, he also cleared the Indian Forest Service( IFoS) examination, pressing his strong academic versatility. He chose the IAS and was distributed the Haryana skeleton.

Since joining service in 2019, Hitesh Kumar Meena has handled multiple liabilities, including places similar as fresh Deputy Commissioner and District Citizen coffers Information Officer in Gurugram, where he concentrated on public service delivery and executive effectiveness.
