Competition and Career
Ronnie Coleman, one of the bodybuilding legends, launched his career in the late 1990s after he won the Mr. Texas amateur show. He modified a bit of his structure and came back in the year 1991 to take the World Amateur Championships in Poland, gaining his Pro Card. When he finally reached the pro level, he was introduced to the fact that there were levels to this bodybuilding competition—experiencing guys like Kevin Levrone, Bob Paris, Milos Sarcev. He took 11th place at the 1992 Chicago Pro Championships but regarded this as a learning curve.
