Biography:
Bala Latha Mallavarapu is an ex-DD of the Ministry of Defense, occupying almost legendary status for the hundreds of students whom she helped along in a journey to prepare and clear UPSC civil service examinations. She has been in the headlines for clearing the UPSC exam twice, once in 2004 and recently in 2016. Her reputation further burgeoned into starting trainings with several aspirants who later became civil servants serving in the nation.
